Application: magnetic torque generated the damping without mechanical friction and stable tension is formed.
Attention:
1. Tensioner will be in best working condition when rod is parallel to the box upper plane. You can also adjust appropriate working angle according to actual status. However, please note the tension rod shall not be higher than the red marking line on the box surface during working.
2. When tensioner is working, the tension force should be adjusted from low to high not vise verso. If you want to adjust from high to low force, please stop tensioner, or else the wire will be damaged.
3. If tension pulsation occurs during adjustment, please stop the machine, turn the tension adjusting dial to the maximum value, and then slowly adjust to the desired tension force.
4. When adjustment is done and tenioner start working, the working angle of the tension rod should be same as static status. Or else, please re-adjust the tension, so as to avoid abnormal wear and tear of components, reducing life span.
